I’m often asked by friends, family or clients about nutritional facts, and when I give an explanation along the lines of what I tell you below, the response is kind of, oh I wasn’t expecting that.

I’m guessing these reactions were because, before asking me they would normally have a general look on the internet.

Then came away with the notion that facts about nutrition were just a list of things you’d find on a food label stuck on the back of some can or jar.

So because of that I decided to put this article together to help give people a better understanding about the basic facts of nutrition.

I will in the coming months go deeper into the individual topics mentioned below, in further articles I will write here on Epigen Nutrition.

NUTRITION (why is it Important?)
